Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us. Because 507 is by appointment only your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment 507 Spa + Salon requires a minimum 24 hour notice.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call your service provider directly!
More than 24 hours’ notice, service will be canceled at no charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service price will be charged.
Failure to show without notice, 100% of the service price will be charged.
A credit card is needed to hold all appointments.
If you have noted that you will be using a gift card to pay for the service, the amount owed for the missed appointment may be deducted from said gift certificate.
Running behind? Please notify your stylist as soon as possible that you are running behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
